With all the talk in the news about the affordable housing crisis, here is your chance to stand up and be heard. We firmly believe that a minimum wage job shouldn't relegate you to renting for the rest of your life. Someone working full time should have the same opportunity for the American Dream—a chance to own a home.

 

By providing a stable living environment for a low-income family, you can help stem the tide of homelessness. According to a study by HUD, a chronically homeless person costs taxpayers about $40,000 per year. Study after study has shown that supportive housing not only resolves homelessness and increases housing stability, but also improves health and lowers public costs by reducing the use of publicly-funded crisis services such as shelters, hospitals, psychiatric centers, jails, and prisons.
